JACS is an organizational change firm led by founder and CEO, Dr. Joyell Arscott, Ph.D., BSN, RN, ACRN. With over twenty years of experience working with public health agencies, healthcare organizations, private industries, institutions of higher learning, non-profits, and governmental agencies, JACS has a wealth of knowledge and expertise to offer.

Dr. Arscott founded JACS to guide organizations to best understand the needs of the clients they serve in order to roll out highly effective products. We believe that to increase an organization’s visibility and profitability, organizations need to shift their focus; however, many businesses need guidance on how to start that process. We assist organizations in understanding their position in today’s market, and the need to recruit and retain talented staff, all while maximizing efficiency and productivity.

JACS also work with community groups to help “bridge the gap” in equity. We understand that communities need resources to meet the everyday challenges of their residents. We work with community leaders to identify the best path forward to creating sustainable positive change.
