Position Description

JACS is in search of a Junior Analyst to take charge of conducting data analysis, performing research and generating reports across diverse projects.

Responsibilities 

The Junior Analyst will support the analytical needs of the organization by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights. Junior Analyst will contribute to various projects aimed at improving business processes, identifying opportunities for growth, and addressing challenges within the organization.

  • Collect and compile data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Assist in analyzing data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.

  • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for management review.

  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define key metrics for analysis.

  • Help develop models and methodologies for forecasting, budgeting, and performance measurement.

  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing regular updates on performance against targets.

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of data visualization tools and dashboards.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Excellent research abilities, with experience in gathering and synthesizing information from various sources.
