Position Description

JACS is seeking a Project Manager that can handle multiple tasks simultaneously, communicate effectively with team members, and ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints.

Responsibilities 

The Project Manager will oversee and manage various projects within the organization, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. They will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, while effectively managing resources, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

  • Coordinate project activities and resources, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget.

  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing issues or risks that may impact timelines or deliverables.

  • Track project expenses and manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and resources are utilized efficiently.

  • Collaborate with teams to resolve conflicts, prioritize tasks, and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.

  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, assessing the impact on project timelines and resources.

  • Ensure that project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to project team members

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with teams and clients

  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage resources efficiently, and ensure timely project completion

  • Demonstrated leadership skills to motivate teams, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts.
