Position Description

JACS is seeking a Subject Matter Expert - Quantitative Research that can leverage advanced statistical techniques and methodologies to design and execute rigorous quantitative research studies.

Responsibilities 

This role will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the design, implementation, and analysis of quantitative research studies across various projects within our organization.

  • Creation and implementation of quantitative research studies, including survey design, sampling strategies, and data collection methods.

  • Develop and validate measurement instruments and scales for use in quantitative research studies.

  • Interpret quantitative research findings and communicate results effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Integrate quantitative findings into comprehensive research reports and publications.

  • Contribute to the development of research proposals, grant applications, and project deliverables requiring quantitative research expertise.

Qualifications

  • Have a strong foundation in experimental design, survey methodology, and sampling techniques, as well as experience in applying statistical models to address research questions and hypotheses.

  • Ability to effectively communicate complex quantitative findings to diverse audiences, including policymakers, stakeholders, and non-technical colleagues. 

  • Should also demonstrate a commitment to methodological rigor, ethical research practices, and continuous learning in the field of quantitative research.
